You will be offered a choice of how to receive your tickets when you book them. This may include post or collection at the venue. Please note that not all options will be available for all shows and performances. The option for delivery by post will only be available when booking more than 5 days before the performance.
Here's some information on when you will receive your tickets for each option:
- If you asked for the tickets to be posted, they are dispatched within 72 hours of booking. All tickets are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail.
- If you have arranged to collect your tickets at the theatre box office, they will be available to collect on the day of the performance.
