You will be offered a choice of how to receive your tickets when you book them. This may include post, email or collection at the venue. Please note that not all options will be available for all shows and performances.
Here's some information on when you will receive your tickets for each option:
- If you asked for the tickets to be posted, they are dispatched within 72 hours of booking. All tickets are sent by standard Royal Mail.
- If you have arranged to collect your tickets at the theatre box office, they will be available to collect on the day of the performance.
- If you have chosen to have an e-ticket, your confirmation email will contain a link to the tickets. Tickets must be printed and shown at the venue to gain admission. Please ensure that printed tickets are in good quality and that all text is clear.
