Please contact us if you have lost or misplaced your tickets and can't find them.
We'll need to confirm your booking reference number (you can find it on your booking confirmation email, received after purchase) and personal details.
We'll then arrange for duplicates of your tickets to be available for pick-up at the venue on the day of the performance. You'll need to bring the payment card in your name, a photo ID and your booking confirmation email.
Please note that your original tickets will be voided. If your tickets arrive after contacting us, you will still need to use the newly issued tickets.
